John C. Rebhan

Founder of Warren Fabricating and Machining and Ohio Steel Sheet & Plate

John C. Rebhan founded Warren Fabricating and Machining in 1967. He began with 4 employees in an 8,000 sq ft rented garage and evolved over the next fifty years to over 250 employees and 600,000 sq ft of manufacturing space. In the early 1980's he founded WARFAB Field and Erection which did the installation and erection for our mining products. In 1985 he founded Ohio Steel Sheet and Plate, Inc. as the raw material source for Warren Fabricating. That steel service center developed into over 400 national accounts delivering steel to all 50 states.

In 2008...

Mr. Rebhan passed away leaving the businesses to his son and daughter Eric Rebhan and Regina Mitchell. Both have over 25 years of experience in every department in both companies. Eric specializes in sales and steel purchasing and leading the sales teams to success. Regina spent most of her career in Quality Control and leads special projects, production, quality, and employee benefits. Ensuring the legacy of WarFab is Regina's son, currently in training.
