CNC Machinist
$75,000-$100,000 A YEAR + $1500 SIGNING BONUS
Average Yearly Salary $75-100K. Guaranteed Hours and steady weekly schedule. Personal Time off beyond Vacation
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC or manual machining centers to repair and produce parts in specialized industries
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Set up / adjust /de-bug program & machines
- Examine and assess completed parts to detect defects and ensure conformity to quality specifications
- Know machine tooling and their proper speeds, feeds, depths and tooling angles
- Comply and perform all safety and quality standards
- Keeping your machine clean and well maintained
Abilities/Qualifications:
- Experience as a machinist, programmer, inspector or vocational school or apprenticeship training preferred
- Able to read blueprints and drawings
- Ability to use/read/interpret tape measure, micrometer, calipers, depth micrometers, and bore gauges
- Mechanically inclined and knowledge of “shop math”, metal properties, and the mechanics of operating a machine
- Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to follow safety and quality instructions. Proper use of PPE and attend safety training applicable to your job position
